How To Cook Adobong Pusit:
1/2 kilong pusit
1/4 kilong baboy
1/2 ulong bawang
suka, asin, pamintang durog
Piliin ang pusit na sariwa at may karaniwang laki. Higit na masarap ang mga karaniwang laki kaysa malalaking pusit.
Hugasan ang pusit bago alisin ang tinik na tila kristal sa gitna nito. Sa ganitong paraan, mahihiwalay ang ulo ng pusit sa katawan nito. Alisin ang mata o laman na nakaulbok sa gitna ng ulo. Huwag nang huhugasang muli upang hindi maalis ang tinta na makapagpapasarap sa sabaw.
